This page shows screen captures for the ModProm modular process management application.

For ease of reference, we refer to the various hierarchical levels of process by level:

• level 0; top level processes, e.g. "2 Receive & Assess"
• level 1; detailed processes e.g. "2.13 Assess Export Declaration"
• level 2; work instructions or "standard operating procedures"

RACI

In the right pane the detailed information for the process "2.13 Assess Export Declaration can be seen." ModProm includes R.A.C.I. attributes. These attributes allow you to assign a Responsible resource, Accountable resource, Consulted resources and Informed resources to a process. Assigning these accountabilities to a process allows easy analysis of which processes are lacking control, demanding excessive management attention and/or likely to go astray. Assignment of these attributes also allows ModProm to analyse the process set as a whole, giving insight into the overall process management task.

User-defined detail

ModProm allows the end user to define particular process attributes of interest as "User-defined" and these are reported as can be seen in the right pane next to the "U" icon.

KPIs and Values

For each process, multiple KPIs and Values can be allocated.

Flow Charts

Each Process can have a flow chart associated with it, just a mouse click away.
